About the event
Please note that only premium sponsors will be provided tents, tables, and chairs for this event. All other registrants must provide their own set-up.
If you are a for profit business, we are hosting this event in Siver Park where permits are not required (unless you are selling food.)
Festival starts at 3pm, but set-up can start as early as 1pm. Festival is located at 175 North Harbor Place.
Crafters / Artists - Are you a local talent that wants to sell your work? For those who want to try out festival sales, we are offering discounted registration for "shared space" which will give you a location at our event for one 6ft table or equivalent (you must provide your own table) with others who sign-up for the same. No permits required, unless you are selling food.

Waukegan Pride Festival Please note that only sponsors will be provided tents, tables, and chairs for this event. All other Vendors will need to provide their own. If you are a for profit business, or Vendor and located in the Festival Area, no permits will be needed. If you are a Food Truck, then all Permits with the county and state must be submitted and approved prior to the event.
